1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We operate as a small, made-to-order* 3D printing service, prioritising quality over volume. Not all projects may be accepted.

*Made to order: printed after purchase and quality-checked before production.

2. Products & Services

We offer:

  • Ready-to-purchase printed products

  • Custom 3D printing services

  • Design and modelling services (on request)

All items are produced to order unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Pricing

Prices are calculated based on:

  • Material usage

  • Print time

  • Labour and design requirements (if applicable)

A Base Service Flat Fee will apply to all orders, covering file handling, setup, communication, and fulfilment.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

4. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are subject to review and acceptance

  • We reserve the right to decline any custom order at our discretion

  • Custom orders will be confirmed with you prior to production

  • Once approved and printed, custom items are non-refundable, unless faulty

  • If we are unable to meet your requirements before printing, a full refund will be offered.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet your requirements, but exact replication may vary due to the nature of 3D printing

5. Design Files & Responsibility

  • Customers providing their own files are responsible for ensuring they are suitable for printing

  • We may advise on potential issues, but cannot guarantee print success for all models

  • Additional charges may apply for file adjustments or troubleshooting

6. Print Quality Disclaimer

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Minor surface imperfections and layer lines may be visible

  • Slight variations in colour, finish, and detail may occur

These are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must ensure they have the right to reproduce any models submitted

  • We do not accept responsibility for unauthorised use of copyrighted or licensed designs

  • We reserve the right to refuse to print models that may infringe intellectual property rights

8. Lead Times

  • All items are made to order

  • Estimated production and dispatch time is 3 -10 business days

  • Delays may occur depending on complexity, print time, or workload

​

9. Shipping

  • We currently ship to UK mainland only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers

​

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom items: Non-refundable once produced and delivered, unless faulty. A full refund will be offered, if we are unable to meet your requirements before printing

  • Non-custom items: May be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition upon receipt. We do not accept items damaged during return shipping; it is your responsibility to ensure adequate packaging and protection, or a refund may be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

11. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of an image

  • We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Issues arising from incorrect or unsuitable files provided by customers

  • Misuse of printed products

13. Maximum Print Size

  • All prints are subject to machine size limitations: 250 × 250 × 250 mm

  • Larger models may be split into multiple parts where feasible

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
